Upcoming Re-Design Of Honda Accord

You can count on Breakaway Honda to keep you up to date on the upcoming re-design of the Honda accord. The Accord has been the bread and butter car for Greenville and the surrounding areas for decades. If getting the "Right Deal" on the Honda Accord is your goal; now is the time to take advantage of the outgoing model. Accords are priced to sell and have more incentives now than they are expected to have for the remainder of the year and into next year first quarter.

According to AutoGuide, The 2013 Accord will appear similar to the 2012 Honda Accord. The biggest changes will be found below the skin and in the packages, such as the Sport and Touring that trim levels that are expected. The new Accord Sport package is likely a direct response to the Toyota Camry SE. The Camry SE comes equipped with all sorts of sportier options that you wouldn't expect in the usual Camry, like larger wheels and a retuned suspension, as well as paddle shifters and a transmission that actually rev-matches on down-shifts.

Other information hinted so far is that the 2013 Accord will be available with a 6-speed manual transmission or a brand new continuously variable transmission for the 4-cylinder models. With the V6 model, a 6-speed automatic or manual transmission. Expect the new 2013 Accord to hit dealers around September of this year.
